NURS 565: Leadership Practice Experience II
In this final practice experience course, students partner with a qualified preceptor for an immersive observation and collaborative experience. Working with a qualified preceptor, students implement and/or evaluate the leadership project developed in Leadership Practice Experience I. The focus is on practical leadership, teamwork, communication, and implementing and/or evaluating measurable results.
