NURS 555: Leadership Practice Experience I
In this first practice experience course, students partner with a qualified preceptor for an immersive observation and collaborative experience. In collaboration with the qualified preceptor, students will identify a meaningful issue in their practice experience setting. Students explore data, review best practices, and explore opportunities to evaluate, improve, and/or innovate in their practice experience setting. The course emphasizes communication, collaboration, and the practical application of leadership and change principles.
