check-format-output-files.yml
Fails when a Quarto page lacks an output-file for a format that the repository’s publish renders with quarto render --to FORMAT. --to FORMAT renders every page, including one whose format: omits FORMAT, and names the output after the page. A page with no revealjs entry therefore writes its slide deck to <stem>.html, replacing the notes page. This happened to linear-algebra.html, algebra.html and calculus.html in mds.
For each page with front matter, and each format in formats, the page must list the format under format: and give it an output-file. Subfiles (names starting with _) and _extensions/** are skipped. It fails by default; fail: false gives warning annotations only.
