check-code-fold.yml
Diff-scoped check that fails when a pull request adds #| code-fold: false to an executed code chunk. The lab’s rule (Ezra, 2026-11-05) is that every executed chunk is show when the prose mentions the code, or true when it does not. false removes the fold toggle and gains nothing, because show also keeps the code and its output together.
The check reads the option lines at the top of each chunk whose fence names an engine, such as {r}, {python}, or {julia}. A plain fence has no options, and a code-fold key in front matter is not examined.
An untouched chunk is never reflagged. With no base ref the check skips instead of scanning the whole tree; whole-tree measures a corpus.
