PLSC 497B: The Policy-Politics of Waterfront Development
The class focuses on downtown and waterfront development in Bellingham, and water quality/land use in Whatcom County. It is designed to provide students with the tools and knowledge to address policy problems in their communities and to understand more about the ways policymakers, policy influentials and other citizens attempt to ameliorate public problems.
