PE 119: Intro to Indoor Rock Climbing

An introductory course designed to teach students the proper techniques of indoor climbing. This class will specifically cover safety considerations, terminology, top rope belay, how to identify a safe climbing pathway and execute the route. Climbing builds strength, muscle, endurance, while strengthening cognitive skills. Also offered as PA 119.
