LDST 452: Advanced Leadership & Pedagogy
Serve as a teaching assistant for students taking Leadership & Pedagogy. Lead discussions and activities, mentor, and help students reflect upon their leadership development. Gain further mastery in instructional methods, leadership course content, and personal communication skills. Develop skills associated with assessment, evaluation, and conflict management. Explore literature related to leading in complex and diverse cultural contexts. Repeatable to a maximum of 6 credits, including original course.
