Structural and quantitative study of enzyme mechanisms, enzyme inhibition, structure-based inhibitor design, high-throughput screens for enzyme inhibitors, advanced experimental techniques, enzyme engineering, gene-specific reagent studies, biopharmaceuticals, review and analysis of current literature regarding enzyme studies.
